Privacy and personal data

This site (anuracode.com) uses no tracking cookies, no analytics and no advertising. The only thing it keeps in your browser is whether you chose the light or the dark theme. 1. Controller. AnuraCode, domiciled in Medellín, Colombia. For anything about your data, the channel is this site's contact form, with the topic "My personal data". 2. What we keep. Only what you send in the contact form: your email, your message, its topic and the date. We do not keep your IP address or browser data. To keep robots out of the form we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser without asking you anything. 3. What for. Only to reply to you. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone, and we do not send you advertising. 4. Where it is kept. In a cloud service that may be outside Colombia. By sending the form you authorize keeping it there, only for this purpose. 5. How long. At most 12 months after you send it; then it is deleted automatically. Sooner, if you ask. 6. Your rights (article 8 of Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012): to know, update and correct your data; to ask for proof of your authorization; to know how it was used; to revoke the authorization and ask us to delete it; to access it free of charge; and to complain to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio after making your request to us. 7. How to exercise them. Write through the contact form with the topic "My personal data", from the same email you used, so we know the data is yours. Queries are answered within 10 business days and claims (correct, delete, revoke) within 15; if we need more time we tell you (at most 5 and 8 more business days). 8. Changes. If this page changes, we publish the new version here with its date.
